Wonderful location on the beach - away from the main strip but only a few minutes walk away. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Great room amazing view. Small hotel great service - if you’re looking for a little more luxury and calm surroundings this is the hotel. Had a great stay and was very sad to leave. Thank you

Blue Dome Hotel

Lights were too dimmed so it was dark in the room, no coffee or tea in the room, notes about lowering or turning the AC when you were not in the room were everywhere, towels were looking cheap, the beach towels were very old , we were only allowed to change them 3 times in 10 days trip and the bathroom look really dated with no fan. The trash in the kitchen was so tiny Breakfast menu was ok, we just thought it would be more options vs the same menu every day. Also we rented a car through the hotel and we didn’t receive what was promised to us. The car was very dated 2001 model and overpriced. We returned it the second day and rented something else 2024 model for a cheaper price. The location was great and the stuff was friendly and caring.

Highly recommend this hotel. Amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, small pool area with a great pool bar and service at the beach. Quiet location, but still only one road down from the Main Street with lots of restaurants, bars and tourist shops. Simple rooms, but clean. Only downside is hard beds.

The room was clean, but poorly designed. We were in our room and could not use the closet or dresser because the doors don't open because the bed was in the way. Our family members stayed in a different room and had a totally different tv then ours and channels. They had a smart tv, and we had a computer screen. The room was comfortable and we had a great view of the water. No front desk after 6pm and bar closes at 9. I would say it’s good for those who want quiet and relaxation. Cleaning crew was good. We didn't eat the breakfast or try the restaraunt as we were up and going before they opened. Overall it wasn't bad but I thought it would be a lot better based on the instagram page and price of hotel. Still not a bad place though and I would recommend it to my elders.

Super beliggenhed og høj standard. Morgenmaden er nok det dårligste jeg har prøvet. Man får en lille platte med tørt brød og så må man bestille en ekstra ting fra et menukort, som æg, yougurt eller pandekager eller noget andet. Man venter utrolig lang tid på det. Buffe havde nok virket meget bedre.

Top Lage mit Verbesserungspotenzial beim Frühstück

Das Hotel überzeugt mit dem kostenlosen Angebot an Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen am Strand – ein klarer Vorteil für Gäste. Zu beachten ist jedoch die Konsumationspflicht am Strand. Das Frühstück wird derzeit nicht als Buffet, sondern individuell serviert. Für den gezahlten Preis der Übernachtungen wirkt das Frühstücksangebot eher bescheiden und wenig abwechslungsreich. Besonders bei hoher Auslastung kommt es vor, dass die Küche mit den zahlreichen Bestellungen überfordert ist – auch wenn das Team stets freundlich und bemüht bleibt. Vorschlag zur Verbesserung: Die Einführung eines Frühstücksbuffets würde sowohl die Vielfalt erhöhen als auch die Abläufe im Service erleichtern und damit dem Anspruch an das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis besser gerecht werden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Direkt beim Meer und nicht weit Weg von der belebten Hauptstraße, von der man aber nichts hört. Auf die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern wird nicht so sehr geachtet. Preise sind für Getränke sehr hoch. Frühstück ist a la carte.

Fantastisk fint beliggenhet på stranda. Hotellet har fin utendørs restaurant med veldig god frokost. Man ser ut over bassengområdet , grønne plener og stranda og havet. Rolig fint på en endevei så ingen trafikk støy. Godt med solsenger både rundt bassenget og ved stranda. Hyggelig personell som gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives . Kommer gjerne igjen. Passer til voksen ferie.

Koselig lite stand hotell

Fint lite hotell liggende direkte på standen. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Stort pluss var at det var mulig å få solsenger nesten når som helt på dagen. Selv om gi gikk ut kl 10 eller om vi hadde vært borte fant vi alltid en ledig solseng. Studio-rommene er ikke så store, men det er nok plass til å bevege seg og pakke ut kofferten. God mat på restauranten, spiste der 5 av 7 dager. Gode smoothie i baren. Eneste negative var at sengene var harde, men fikk beskjed i resepsjonen når jeg nevnte det da vi sjekket ut at de kunne ordnet ekstra madrass om man syntes sengene var harde så tips til andre som synes det.

Très bel hôtel en bord de plage

Agréable séjour dans ce très joli hôtel avec une belle piscine donnant directement sur la plage . Transats et parasols à la piscine et a la plage. Jolie décoration design du restaurant et nourriture très bonne. Excellent accueil et excellent service au bar/restaurant. Chambre quadruple confortable sauf peut être les canapés-lits, terrasse avec vue vue mer. Bon service de ménage avec personnel très sympathique. Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet hôtel.une très bonne adresse.

Behagelig beliggenhet med fantastisk service

Har tidligere bodd på flere hotell i platanias området og dette er ett hotell jeg gjerne vil reise tilbake til. Veldig serviceinnstilte ansatte som følger med uten å være påtrengende. Ved ankomst fikk vi god informasjon om hotellet og tilbud om en forfriskende lemonade. Solsengen på stranden er gratis for hotellets gjester, så lenge vi handlet for 8 euro i baren, men de ansatte fortalte oss at de ikke sjekket om vi handlet i baren. Det var store gode leiligheter (vi hadde 1 soverom, stue, bad og 2 terrasser/uteplasser) Noe som trekker litt ned på totalen er at de ikke skiftet sengetøyet på soverommet den uken vi bodde på hotellet. Ellers var renholdet bra. Selve hotellet ligger rett med sjøen og kort avstand til hovedgaten, men det er stille og rolig ved hotellet

Lovely relaxed place, on the beach.

A lovely, intimate hotel, tucked down a quiet road, but just a short walk to the many bars and restaurants of the resort centre. Located right on the beach, a perfect location. Despite visiting towards the end of the season, staff were friendly, helpful and ready with a smile. All together a great place, in a really great location where it was very easy to relax, escape and enjoy the wonders of Crete. Highly recommended.

This is a darling boutique hotel on the beach with wonderful staff and a fantastic restaurant on the premises. It's tucked away from the busy street traffic in town but you can easily walk to that if you choose. I loved my stay there and would definitely return.

Hôtel sympa , en bord de plage

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel pendant 15 jours , trés calme et à deux pas de tous les commerces, bars et restaurants. transats de la plage de l'hôtel un peu cher 6€ ! Surtout que juste au dessus il y a les transats de la piscine qui sont gratuits . Il suffit juste d'arriver au bon moment pour en avoir !

Perfekt läge

Jättetrevligt hotell, jag har bott på 5-stjärniga. Men detta var ett av de bästa hotellen ändå. Grym service, speciellt Elena och Petra i receptionen. Superläckert område! Och fin strand. Allt toppen!

Besökte hotellet 29.5-5.6 2016. Hotellet var bra och jag hade bokat en studio (fick den bästa studion på andra våningen, med bra sidoutsikt till havet, rum nummer 127). Rummet var ok, rent och hade allt man behövde, men en aning trångt (svårt att få upp kylskåpsdörren eftersom den var vänd åt fel håll och tog i stolarna som fanns nära). Hårtorken är dålig, har man behov av att torka sitt hår så är det nog bäst att man tar egen med sig (jag köpte en för 27€ i butiken nära). De anställda på hotellet var mycket vänliga och i receptionen finns också en dam från Finland. Solstolar finns vid poolen och vid stranden så det var trevligt att man kunde välja. Kan varmt rekomendera hotellet.

Wonderful resort

The staff was amazing and very attentive when we needed assistance. The room was large with a large balcony to enjoy. Pool was very clean along with the rest of the resort. Our only negative comment was that the water at the beach was very foggy and not clear like some of the other areas. Great food and wine!!

Et mindre åpent og pent hotell. God service, fine fasiliteter og renslig. Fine åpne rom og greit bad. Vaskedamene gjorde en nøye jobb så det føltes alltid rent og ryddig ut.
