"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"The small house has just enough room and it was nice to have the outside area to eat in. When we booked, a washing machine was listed online, but by the time we got to the house, it has been taken off because it seems to have broken. This was frustrating to us."

"Appartement tel que les photos, très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville. Dommage que le proprio ne se déplace pas pour nous accueillir et nous aider avec les clés et la télé. La serrure est spéciale, il faut pousser sur la clé pour déverrouiller la porte et cela nous a pris quelques minutes pour y arriver. "Loved this apartment in the heart of Annecy! Completely surrounded by amazing shopping and dining and so close to the river! The space felt like such a reflection of the local culture and really maximized the square footage. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "
