Lamentablemente mi reserva se hizo a través de un portal que no indicaba que el establecimiento no podría emitir un comprobante de pago aprobado por la administración tributaria peruana para sustentar el gasto de mi compañía. A pesar de esto, el hotel se portó muy bien y resolvió el problema. Sin embargo, el mal momento en el check-out que se dio por la mala información del portal Web de HOTELES.COM podría haberse evitado. Gracias al establecimiento hotelero por la invalorable ayuda.

Muy desagradable que el día que se quería disfrutar de la piscina se ponen a cortar el pasto, nos retiramos al restaurante por el ruido entonces llegan a cortar el pasto al lado del restaurante. Pésimo
