"Comfortable and clean"

"Very clean. Appreciated the free 530kickback snack(which was more like dinner) so much to choose from and great free breakfast. Just as a side note if you have a truck larger than an S10 they will not be able to valet it and you will have to park it 2 blocks away. We called ahead to ask if they would be able to park our 3500 and were told yes by the front desk just to find out from the valet that no they could not that was the only part that was not excellent in our stay. "

"Beautiful Lobby, convenient to many walkable venues, restaurants and coffee shops. We walked to the Incline from here and the point park. "

"Room was stained and dirty, staff wasnt very helpful. Charged for stuff i shouldn't of been charged for. Parking was non existent. No coffee, no creamer... etc.... "

"Rude, unhelpful staff, filthy room, breakfast empty 45 minutes before it was to end. We had a king suite and my teen daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed. The mattress was stained everywhere and had holes in it, the sheets were dirty, dirty walls and doors, stained bench seats, something foamy and crusty all over one of the bar stools. People screaming and fighting in the halls, banging on the door all night long. Front staff refused to help at all. At one point I was told that it was a reunion or something and they are fine, just deal with it!” It was the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced!"
