Joinery Hotel Pittsburgh, Curio Collection by Hilton

Joinery Hotel Pittsburgh, Curio Collection by Hilton

10/10 Excellent
"The room was very clean and comfortable. I asked for a higher floor upon checkin and the request was accommodated. The valet was helpful in helping me get to Acrisure efficiently using the train. The train was only a couple minutes walk away. I walked back to hotel and it felt safe although it was after midnight. The hotel was quiet and there were no issues. The large floor length mirror was great!! Many hotels and air bnbs forget these are necessary. The bed was comfortable and tv had good channels. I would absolutely stay again."

"The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The only things I didn’t care for was the cleanliness of my room and the lack of a microwave."

"Overall the Hotel is nice. The Front desk staff (particularly one woman on the afternoon/evening shift) was incredibly kind and helpful. She even took me outside to point out the directions to a resturant I wanted to visit. The room was ok standard Marriott King, The only negative was on the morning I was checking out when I opened the bathroom door a HUGE (NY City type Huge) cockroach ran between my feet and went under the bed! I was glad I was checking out. I reported this to the front desk and they were pretty shocked. I am guessing this isnt a regular occurance."

Omni William Penn Hotel

Omni William Penn Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The Omni is a beautiful, historical hotel. From the moment you walk in, you are awestruck. The front desk staff were so friendly and the coffee shop had freshly brewed espresso. We parked our car at the Mellon garage 1 block over and it was very easy to get to the hotel. My only complaint about parking is that the sign says "max weekend rate $8/day" however the "days" end at 5am so you will be charged 2 days if you take your car out after that. The pillows in the room were very thin so bring your own if you can. Also, the fabric shower liner soaks up the water and dumps it onto the floor outside of the shower, so don't put anything. Anything you don't want to get wet right outside. Our room smelled gray and was very clean, But there was a running water noise that happened continuously throughout the night that I think was the toilet constantly cycling and I'm not sure why. Other than that our stay was amazing!"
