Very well located and with own parking. Service falls a little short when compared to other guest houses around Scotland. Rooms were good but not amazing. Good breakfast. A bit overpriced

As cozy as it gets!

This guest house is located a 5 min walk away from the bus and train station, very close to the shops and restaurants of Pitlochry. It is also less than ten minutes away from the famous distillery (you must visit it even if you are not a scotch fan). The room was clean and cozy, breakfast included a full scottish cooked breakfast, as well as continental, was delicious, andvthe room is so lovely too. Very friendly staff! Wifi was very good. I loved our stay and recommend it without hesitatin.

Central Pitlochry accommodation

Excellent accommodation in the centre of Pitlochry. Pleasant room, very clean. Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. Helpful staff and a lovely village with lots to do.

A perfect base.

We stayed just for the one night whilst in Pitlochry to see a show at the theatre. Our room ( number 11 ) was comfortable and quiet, with the regular passing trains no more than a minor talking point. The two multi-tasking members of staff were outstanding, both in terms of friendliness and efficiency. The hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy all the attractions of the town, with two well-regarded restaurants a few steps away. We would be happy to stay here again in any future visit.

Large clean comfortable room and bed but room was at front of house and at road level. Very disappointed with the amount of constant road noise. Requires better insulation. Not conducive for a good sleep. Bathroom large and modern. Shower hose leaked and sprayed water outside the recess. Breakfast was adeqate with normal choices.
