"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. "Perfect home for a few days to relax by the pool. The beach is 3 min. walking distance and we can even hear it from the room on the top floor! They advertise it as « brand new » but it has to have a year or two. Cleanliness of the floors and the kitchen should be improved but overall a very noce stay with the family. "
