Very clean and neat property. Parking was excellent situated right in front of the hotel with plenty of room. I would recommend staying at this hotel

Horrible

Stayed here for one night. Booked a quadruple room, it came with two beds(ok didn‘t need more but what if?) Arrived at 8pm, nobody there and no hint on the website that reception is not open then. Managed to call somebody and received a code to get my keys. At 8.17pm they sent me a text message saying, that I need a code…. There was also the guest registration to be completed but no pen…. Came to the room and found smelling food waste in the bathroom trash can and hair from the previous guest in the bed. Linens were obviously not changed. Complained by text message and the answer was: „we apologize but we were fully booked and staff did not have time to clean properly. We‘d be happy to welcome you again.“ Seriously? They let me sleep in a bed with used linens, smell the food from the guest before and this is the best answer they have? Only on top: Some guests did a bbq party in the parking lot, right at my window. It was very noisy also late in the evening and they were obviously very drunk. Answer of hotel here: „we are sorry and offer you a free breakfast…“ What about just taking care and tell those guests to be quiet? Hi you can‘t run your hotel from your sofa! I‘ll never stay here again!
