"The last 4 times we’ve visited this hotel, the pool has not been in working order. This is a big disappointment for our 4 year old. However this is still the best option in West Jefferson, pool availability notwithstanding "

"The cabin was “creekside “, but not “comfort”.Bed was sagging in the middle and had a thick foam padding on top that somehow made it feel even worse. Water pressure was so bad only one person was able to take a shower in the morning. It was so bad, the toilet wouldn’t even flush at times. The whole experience felt more like primitive camping. "

"We loved our stay at the cabin! We spent everyday enjoying the outdoor fireplace, walks around the mountain, & sitting on the porch. Neighbors, Jane & John, joined us near the creek one day. They shared a little history about the area & invited us to check out the local stores. We will be back for another visit in the near future! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!"
