Great house in a convenient location!

This house was the perfect location for us visiting family. It’s convenient to all major points of interest and in a safe/quiet area. House is well appointed, clean and has plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect golf trip location

Property is immaculate. Perfect for 4 adults. Great location. Super clean. Nice to be able to hang out after round with pool table and ping pong table. Hope to be back soon

Golf Getaway

Perfect property for our group of four golfers to get away for several days. Property was located conveniently courses in the Pinehurst area. The home was clean and well appointed. The property manager (Sarah) was easy to work with and responsive to all questions.

Solid golf accommodations

Liked the sectional couches, firm yet very comfortable. Great game room with living room set up, perfect for watching March Madness and fitting in a game of pool or ping pong. Bed I stayed in was good, heard no complaints from the other gents. Close to Pinehurst, maybe a 5 min drive at most. Really great spot where value and quality intersect. Only thing that I would have loved is a beer fridge of any size downstairs, but running upstairs was fine since we rode the carts all day at the course...

Golf Retreat

Communication with host was great. Inside house was great. Having the pool table and ping pong was great for when it rained. Wish I would have had a broom or blower for the back deck. Lot of pine cones and pine stray. Made it look dirty and we didn't want to use. Other than that our stay was good. Would like to come back again and stay another time.

MI friends visiting NC friend

Overall a great place. Only a few cons to this property. Window screens and sills were very dirty. We all wished we could have enjoyed having the windows open with the beautiful weather but felt we couldn’t open them with the webs and dirt. Coming from MI we would have loved to sleep with the windows open in mid Feb. Fridge and freezer could have been cleaner. We did have a question and called the provided number left a message but never got a response. It wasn’t an emergency and we figured it out so not a big deal but a response would have been nice. Fireplace did not work. Again overall good place for what we needed.

Nice house, but details are lacking

1. Cornhole bags were water logged 2. Need Better towel hooks in downstairs bath 3. Awnings outdoor are in disrepair (visually, didn’t use them) 4. Games availability was great 5. Patio has nice furniture and string lights, but was covered in debris. 6. Oven needs cleaning and was smoking from residue 7. Water filter in fridge had black gunk come out into water glass. Can check to change filter. 8. Check batteries in remotes, like ceiling fan in living room 9. Kuerig worked well. Dishes had good selection. 10. Key pad entry was easy 11. Smell underneath kitchen sink

Great house! Very comfortable with lots of room and entertainment spaces - TV,s, pool table ping pong, barbeque, ..., outfitted kitchen, laundry, etc. owner always available for communication.
