Bom atendimento, apenas!

Apesar de ser um hotel relativamente novo, já se encontra carente de manutenção do tipo, falta de saboneteira no box, mobiliário de baixa qualidade, entre outros. Porém, todos os atendentes são 10, atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã fraco, alimentos ficam algum tempo expostos e assumem aparência pouco atrativa.

Atenciosos, ótima escolha!

Escolhi por ser em frente a rodoviária. Ao chegar fui acomodada em um quarto que apresentava alguns pequenos problemas. Ao solicitar ajuda fui prontamente atendida pela recepção que me trocou de quarto e me deu toda a atenção necessária. Instalações novas e limpeza impecável. Voltarei com certeza!!!

O Hotel é novo. os quartos são grandes e bem iluminado e arejado, a limpeza estava ok. O café da minha é simples mas muito bom. Não tenho nenhuma queixa do serviço e das instalações.

Excelente custo benefício

Ficamos no hotel porque queríamos conhecer a Basílica de Aparecida. É bem próximo, aproximadamente 35 minutos de carro, e tem um ótimo custo benefício. O hotel tem quartos amplos, e são equipados com uma cozinha, com geladeira, microondas, pia, e até um tanque. O banheiro tem um ótimo tamanho, chuveiro quentinho, box e secador de cabelo. Café da manhã gostoso, de acordo com o que pagamos. Entretanto, termina cedo demais, às 9. Isso, no final de semana, é um pouco desagradável. Só achei o quarto claro demais quando o dia amanhece. Embora tenha cortina com blackout na janela, e entre a cozinha e o quarto, não é o suficiente para escurecer o quarto. Staff agradável e prestativa. Tenho que voltar à Aparecida pelos próximos 9 anos. Certamente ficaria no hotel novamente.

Em trânsito pela cidade.

Tivemos a sorte de pegar um quarto de frente, porque, aqueles que pegaram de fundo, não dormiram com o barulho do funk que acontece na rua atraz do hotel. As portas do quarto precisam de reparo, porque, estão muito ruins para abrir e fechar! A porta da geladeira é terrível de abrir! Café da manhã regular.
