"Clean, spacious and updated room. Our room was available at 10am which was great and the location right next to the pier is super convenient. Very friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was fresh and had many great options. "

"The beach staff and Staff driving guests around the property. The property is lacking upkeep. There is no mini golf or a third pool. The infinity pool needs to be replaced. The snorkeling off the beach is very good and you can swim to shark reef. We would stay here again. "

"There was no parking for cars. The pool which it claims is available is one where you have to buy food and drink to use it so not really part of the hotel deal. There is a rule book about 4 pages long telling you how to behave including not being asked to plug your own things in like hairdriers. The balcony is about 2 x the size of the air conditioning unit it houses so no room other than for 1 person to stand. There is a window in the room with no covering so it gets very light very early "
