"Lousy"

"The front desk staff upon check in was not very ending. The sale director upon check was outstanding. For a newer hotel, it’s a little run down and a little dirty. The housekeeping staff appears fine. The sales director is great. The support staff does not seem friendly. Maybe it’s a generational thing, but young people just don’t seem to possess that positive energy upon meet n greet and check in. Just an observation. "

"Kisha at check in was awesome!!! Only issue was neighbors smoking pot, smelling up the halls and room. No fault of the hotel."

"Everything was amazing. The valet man was so amazing and helped bring our bags across the street (we self parked) and help us up the disability ramp and took our bags to our room. Everyone was so amazing. Breakfast was good, and we LOVED the free flower seeds in the lobby. We will definitely stay again. "

"The room was very clean, the staff was awesome and the parking was what I was hoping for. Now there was a hidden clause I hadn’t counted on. An extra hundred dollars deposit was required for parking. When you book, it said, self parking is available. But overall, I would stay there anytime I visit Baltimore."
