La location è molto bella, l’hotel-ristorante-SPA è immerso in un bellissimo bosco sull’appenino lucano, non distante tuttavia da Potenza. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. La struttura è grande e in certe stanze avrebbe bisogno di un riammodernamento, ma nel complesso le 4 stelle le vale.

Hotel immerso in un bosco eccezionale. Struttura datata abbisognevole di interventi seri di ristrutturazione delle camere. Quella utilizzata per una notte da me e mia moglie piccola angusta con insonorizzazione zero. impossibilità di riposare per la presenza di bambini nella stanza accanto, poi grazie al servizio sostituita. impossibilita' di fare una doccia: scegliere acqua fredda o bollente. Peccato perchè la posizione è eccellente. Di altro non posso valutare. Anche se il costo offriva una riduzione il rapporto qualità prezzo è sproporzionato. I titolari dovrebbero avere l'onestà intellettuale di declassificare la categoria assegnata a suo tempo di 4 stelle.

arrivati in serata in tempo per essere gli ultimi clienti del ristorante. mangiato bene. un po' essenziale ma completa la colazione (forse dovuta al fatto che l'albergo fosse quasi vuoto), thè, caffè e latte, cornetti vuoti, pane, burro, fette biscottate e marmellate preconfezionate, due tipi di crostata e ciambella, yoghurt e cereali, + un piatto di prosciutto e cacio cavallo servitomi direttamente a tavola dal cameriere. ristorazione di buon livello, personale cordiale e disponibile, bella la spa con piscina riscaldata (solo un po' angusto il bagno turco), ineccepibile la pulizia ed il servizio nelle camere con il riassortimento giornaliero COMPLETO dei kit di cortesia (comprendenti anche le pantofole). solo dalla camera mi aspettavo di +. qualche dettagli di manutenzione va curato meglio, alcune colature di ruggine sul termoarredo in bagno stonano decisamente cosi come un solitario filo elettrico sotto il lavandino ed un dozzinale tavolino in plastica....in sala diverse lampadine fulminate ed un vago aspetto generale anni '80 che può non dispiacere.

Nice place

If Potenza is your destination on vaction, this is an interesting place. Located up hill on the woods (near a national park). A little out dated but the service was friendly and the restaurant nice (even though the breakfast could be more varied)

Una bella struttura da tenere un pò meglio!

L'ingresso è trionfale e c'è veramente di tutto dal bar al ristorante,alla sala con il caminetto al centro benessere (bello ma tenuto male,l'acqua puzzava e sulle pareti c'era il giallino che mi sono portato sull'asciugamano!) A me è capitata una stanza piccola ma accogliente con letto matrimoniale. Buona la cucina e molto gentile il suo personale,ma chiedete il conto subito per non incappare in brutti scherzi all'indomani...mi sono trovato gonfiato e non di poco il conto ed ho reclamato! Da migliorare l'accoglienza... Stupenda la location immersi nel verde. Sarebbe un ottimo posto dove trascorrere momenti di relax se vi fossero piccole migliorie considerando che si propone come 4 stelle.
