The indoor pool was fantastic, kids loved it. The shower was the best hotel shower I've ever experienced. Everything was clean. Staff was pleasant. I had 4 grandchildren with me and everyone had a wonderful time. We will stay here again.

Hot tub was hot but maybe too much chlorine. Breakfast was good! The room was a bit small but nice and clean. The king size bed was just not high enough and not so comfortable. I would stay again for the good price.

I am very picky on cleanliness of hotel rooms and our room was CLEAN! I allowed my kids to go barefoot in our room (normally we don’t and just use house shoes) and their feet never turned brown/black. So I knew someone had to be taking good care of the floors. I was highly impressed, especially with the 24/7 pool. We never heard night noise from the pool either. We will definitely be back again.

Booked this hotel to use the indoor pool. Hotel was pretty clean and front staff were friendly. The other staff we came in contact with were not. We got to swim in the pool for maybe 20 minutes when someone puked in it. Staff did not close the pool to sanitize it. He just skimmed the vomit out. He also did not bother to pick up garbage around the pool area. The hot tub had not been cleaned in along time. We tried to swim the next morning but the pool water was green with algae floating on top. Very disappointed with our stay. The price we paid and didn’t get to enjoy the pool. They don’t clean it at all.

The property was dirty. The parking lot was tiny and you had to park across the street and carry all of your luggage over.. although the property is large I tried to check in a little bit early. There was no room available. While we were trying to sleep after midnight, there were people running and screaming along the hallways.

The location is great! Near a ton of things you will visit! Staff was awesome super super nice. The Redheaded lady was so nice I can’t recall her name but she will be good to you. The area seemed safe and clean around it. It’s dated and the room smells like an old hotel but this isn’t the fault of the workers. It’s just been there a while. I would be fine staying there again and be relaxed on the way there. I would recommend a visit.
