The location was super convenient for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which we appreciated. The home was clean. The host made it easy by providing directions to home and access code prior to trip. "

"It is convenient to lots of things to do, and it is clean and nice facility. The staff were friendly and nice. However, they did add fees to our final bill even though we paid for the stay prior to check in. They added a “destination fee” of $20 per day and $10 per day parking even though there’s free public parking directly beside the hotel. When I asked about the $20 per day for destination fee, they said “Ummm, it’s for like the pool and amenities.”"
