"The Hotel is in the heart of Milan, walkable to everywhere. All, but particularly front desk personal were just great with always accommodating us with a smiling face. "The breakfast bar is first rate- you can request that they make you a cappuccino etc. Real linens on the table. Also, free bottles of water and bit size cupcakes to snack on at the end of the day. It has a tiny elevator but it worked and that is always a plus for Italy.
