The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is set back, away from the highway and road noise. That made it very quiet at night and easy to sleep. I will stay again when I travel.

We had issues with the battery on our door lock dying so we couldn't get in all of the time but the staff was great about getting us into our room and we got back to the hotel.. of the lower cost motels in picayune this is definitely your best option.

The place was clean and quiet. The pillows were too hard, However, Hotels.com was useless to answer my question of getting a working number to call about late checkin. Txt call whatever. They reall failed me on this one.

It's an older, updated property. Owners working to keep it clean and fresh. Due to health precautions, no breakfast or exercise facilities open. Staff responsive to requests for paper goods and towels.

Smell was awful

Terrible, the smell of mildew was so bad, fridge, microwave didn't work, roaches in the bathroom, toilet paper holder was literally falling off the wall. Sofa was disgusting and covered in stains and discoloration. Bed was clean. I called the office to ask for a different room amd was told there were none, however the room next to ours was empty and several others were as well.

Unacceptable

When I arrived I was assigned room 217. As soon as I walked into the room the smell and heat was overwhelming! Within seconds my legs were covered in fleas! I immediately went back down to the front desk and was given another room. Both the old room and the new room smelled like smoke! These were non smoking rooms! The room was very old. I honestly cannot believe that Wyndham Hotels would put their name on this property. The only bright side was that the bed linens were clean and comfortable and the young man working the front desk was very professional and quickly got me a new room.

Never saw staff, in room refrigerator did not work, had to wait til next day for working one, no coffee maker in room, had to buy one, not enough towels or wash cloths, requests for them were not met in a timely manner,managment did not answer phone calls or messages in a timely manner either and there was a wad of toilet paper in the corner of the ceiling above the toilet

Dirty, old broken furniture, no amenities, free WiFi doesn’t work, our toilet seat even was bad, had to put tape on it because it was cracked. It must not be a safe area because they lock you out of the lobby. The staff was friendly but hard to understand their English. Worst place I have ever stayed, should be an embarrassment to Days Inn, should be closed so bad. I have pictures.
