Accueil par du personnel qui garde ses lunettes de soleil. Pour l'accès aux chambres, ça a donné l'impression d'être remisé dans un coin de l'hôtel. Beaucoup de fils électrique qui pendouillent au plafond ici et là... Et situé en contre bas d'une nationale. 4 étoiles sur la façade de l'hôtel, 3 sur ce site...

Wir waren 2x in der Rezeption um zu sagen jedesmal wurden wir mit den Worten abgewiesen, diese sei in Ordnung, es stellte sich jedoch heraus das kein Strom eingeschaltet war. Der Safe ging im ganzen Haus nicht, Kommentar der Rezeption da müßte ein Techniker kommen, das machen sie nicht. Kein guten Morgen, kein Hallo nichts auß die Zimmermädchen. 1x war eine Geburtstagsfeier, sehr laut. 1x war eine Hochzeitsfeier um 2 Uhr morgens Feuerwerk un essen am Pool überlaut. Das Frühstücksraum war kahl und kalt man wußte nicht wo man sich hinsezten sollte. Kein Besteck auf den Tischen, man muß alles selber holen. Keine Unterteller, 1 Sorte Wurst, 1Sorte Käse, alles auf eine Platte geknallt so das es zusammen geklebt war. Brot war vorgeschnitten in Körben auf dem Tisch, andere Gäste hatten sich schon bedient. Die Tische werden nach der Benutzung nicht abgeräumt, auf unsere Frage ob dieBedienung abräumen würde sagte sie uns, wir sollten uns an einen anderen Tisch setzen u. ging. Kaffee in Kaffeekannen kalt oder lau, zum selber einschenken. Toiletten unten bei den Aufenthaltsräumen, keine Toilettenbrillen u. Deckel. Bei Abfahrt an der Rezeption Mängel gesagt, Kommentar das wisse er schon. Höherer Preis wurde berechnet nach meiner Reklamation das dies nicht stimme wurde kurzerhand der richtige Preis verlang. Dieses Hotel ist sein Geld nicht wert.

Una habitación ideal para tu peor enemigo ......

Llegamos al hotel y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas y la otra msin preparar (era un sofá cama que daba asco verlo de la suciedad que tenía). Bajamos a la recepción y nos dieron otra habitación (muy sucia) y nos metieron una de las dos camas de la primera (hasta ahí bien). Pero cuando vimos el baño se nos cayó el alma a los pies (menos mal que íbamos tres chicos que si no ....). La "traca" final fué el desayuno: cuando bajamos no había de nada (literal). Un camarero nos preparó un café y nos dijo que nos iba a traer algo de embutido que nunca llegó. Espero que este comentario sirva para algo y si fuese esta página de internet (hoteles.com) dejaría de publicitar este hotel. Puede paracer muy duro este comentario y lo mismo es que los españoles estamos mal acostumbrados con la calidad de los hoteles en España pero este no es, ni de lejos, un hotel de tres estrellas (he visto pensiones mejores en España). Por otro lado, Piazza Armerina (donde está situado el hotel) muy recomendable. Saludos.

Isolated Location, Poor Service/Food Quality, and Marginal Room Furniture

This hotel has the lobby resembling a conference center.-very sterile appearance. Getting to the hotel from the highway, although you can see it, or the town of Piazza Amerina is confusing and routes you through a poor section of town. The signage is inadequate for this remotely located hotel, The quality of the furniture in the rooms approaches a college dormitory. The breakfast was close to Spartan (the worst hotel breakfast I have had in the last 30 years of travelling). You have to enter the front door through a cloud of smoke from the guests who are standing outside smoking. It has no redeeming feature other than a modest room price. However, a value calculation would indicate that you don't get what you have paid for. If you are there for tourism, you can and should consider going to a higher quality hotel.
