"Breakfast has great variety and very fresh , staff were so professional and attended to our coffee needs and breakfast eggs preparation. Staff are well coached as we saw the same professional approach across . Although we had some issues with our room, the management made it that we were rapidly helped. This was a true client first approach and sense of urgency was addressed. No bureaucracy! Thank you to Lorenzo and Francesco etc."
