"One of my worst stays ever, especially taking into account I travel to Thailand every week staying in different hotels. First day there, I arrived at around 11pm and was shocked to see the office (Check in counter) was already closed. Was told by the security guard to leave 500baht with him just so I can get my room keycard. "Bed frame edge was larger than the bed mattress hence i got cut from the sharp edge a few time on my leg. Didn't expect wifi will be charged for 150 baht per day. Water heater not working, didn't ask for repair i leave early morning and back late night hence need to freeze out from the chill water twice a day lol.."
