Quite ok hotel

The place and room were fine, but although the room was properly cleaned, the living room wall was totally filthy and it made the whole room feel a quite filthy too. The pool area was nice, but there were only a few sunbeds - why? Also I missed some chairs on the balcony, there was nothing. But overall a nice stay.

Worst room I have stayed at in all of Thailand it had micro mini bugs all over the room was gross I didn’t want to stay inside the bugs where too much . Other than that it would been nice but very far from all no 711 in sight .

Ants everywhere in the apartment.

The place is okay but looks nothing like the pictures it’s very much run down and needs a lot done to it once you’re there but I guess you get what you pay for?.. we had a situation in our room with ants there must be some kind of infestation because we couldn’t get rid of them no matter how much we sprayed the room with the ant killer they were everywhere in our clothes and the bathroom the kitchen!! We asked for a refund and was told to contact hotels.com as we booked through them when we did this they rang the property to request the refund and they declined it!! The toilet set has mould on it and the place overall is tired. It’s also very isolated no much around it and it’s hard for taxis to find it they never can. The only good thing I would say about this place is the housekeeper, such a lovely woman and takes pride in her job she was the best thing about the place and honestly deserves a pay rise bless her she cleaned the room everyday to her best ability and just had a lovely aura. In conclusion.. don’t waste your money and stay somewhere else because the pictures are a lie.

I loved it, good location, few minutes drive from most of the night markets, the staff are helpful and kind. Very comfortable. Pro-tip download the Grab app, it is their version of Uber, super cheap, and makes getting around effortless.

Ein schönes Hotel, die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Schönes Badezimmer. Langer Pool zum Bahnen schwimmen auch ein Kinderbecken ist vorhanden. Motorroller werden auch verliehen.

Large, spacious, great facilities.

Sugar Palm Residence is an apartment block with a reception office, shop and laundry area. There was a problem with wifi in the first suite / apartment I was alocated so they moved me without fuss. It seems the wifi works well o lower floors only. SPR is set in its own grounds back from the road so there is no traffic noise. It is a short walk from the centre of Phuket Old Town. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitively consider staying here again.

Super Fint hotel og værelse, boede i den nye afdeling værelset er lidt mørkt indrettet, det er pænt og velholdt,det eneate der trængte til en udskiftningen var bruse hovedet i badeværelset. The apartment we booked was to have self contained features. On arrival we found the cook top removed from the bench top and covered with glass along with the missing range hood, not one piece of cutlery in the drawers, nothing to cook with what so ever. Not even a microwave. The only meal we could make was noodles. A jug 2cups for coffee and 2 glasses was all that existed . The result was eating out every meal. Other couples stayed in another complex with the works. No compromise when we spoke with front desk so we Just put up with it for 12 days as we were out each day. Nice pool and house staff were friendly. And the hot water was not turned on until the 3rd day. The grease trap under the sink was a bit off at times but that is common it seems here.

No WiFi a poor service.

Hotel rooms are spacious but basic. WiFi in rooms didn't work at all must of the stay and occasionally when they got it working it was very weak. Biggest gripe was that they wouldn't allow us to use a shower before before flying home. It was 34 degrees outside and we'd given the room back at 12, but we're leaving at 4 for a 16 hour flight home. The hotel seemed half empty and will under capacity but we couldn't under any circumstance use a private shower. We could use the pool shower which was completely open and right in front of other guests balconies, with no changing facilities. Poor service and unnecessarily mean in my opinion.

This is the first review i have ever given. Just could not be bothered. However i have had very helpful information from review made by otters so i Would like to contribute to it. This hotel looked like a new building, but was badly built with horrible furnitures that Fall apart. The worst was the bed. It was hard as stone and made for a horrible night.

very nice clean and well maintained hotel.

Really good place to stay. Very clean and well run hotel. The swimming pool is lovely and staff members are willing to assist when needed. The condo is well maintained but lacks a mircowave and basic kitchen essentials if you not eating out. It would also help if you can place maps and welcome tourist packs in the rooms as the hotel is far from the cbd.
