The staff was courteous very helpful easy to talk to very helpful it was my very first time booking a hotel and the experience was nice the staff explained why the holding fee was high because I booked through third party they said please don't smoke in the room I don't smoke so that wasn't a issue but when I got to the room it smelled like who ever had the room before me was smoking it smelled like cigarettes other then that really quit place and convenient location
Where do i start? First of all, all we ever need is a clean shower and no bugs to make me happy. Valley Inn failed that simple metric.
The conditionnof the place was terribly worn down. The doorframes were busted. It was clean as it would be if my 14 yrmear old cleaned; an attempt was made. But the bugs... that i cannot abide. There were cockroaches everywhere.
I simply cannot recommend this place.
We stayed in Room 331 at Valley Inn, and unfortunately the room was very dirty right when we checked in. The walls had a lot of visible stains, and the sheets were stained and did not appear clean. Several fixtures, including the towel racks, were hanging off the wall, and the shower curtain rod was also loose and coming off. It seems like there are quite a few repairs and general maintenance issues that are being overlooked.
Overall, the stay itself was okay since we were just looking for somewhere simple to sleep, not necessarily a luxury or high-end place. We gave it a shot, but based on the cleanliness and condition of the room, I would recommend spending a little extra and choosing a step up if possible.
room was in unacceptable condition. I asked for new sheets and pillows and was told there were no cleaners. The second room offered was even worse. Trash literally everywhere, stained sheets. broken doors. broken windows. didn’t stay at all had to check out early. they need to shut down the entire hotel.
The room felt disgusting. Floors were dirty, sheets looked old and used. Bathroom and bathtub looked horribly gross with visible dirt everywhere. Area is extremely shady and was up until 4am with people screaming, playing music, and shady looking people
The room did not come with a comforter. The mini fridge was dirty and the bathtub still had old soap stuck in the drain. While I slept there was a roach infestation. I asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes. The smell was so overwhelming I had to keep the window and door open. Over all the hotel was not adequate

Disliked: Cleanliness
The room wasn't cleaned had to request to move rooms
Staff was amazing and accommodating. Check in was easy. Everything else about this place was down right awful. The parking lot smells awful, the walkways are neglected. The ACs look like they have never been cleaned. Walking into the room it smelled of cigarettes and other narcotics. The curtain was ripped, there was a Super 8 painting that was upside down and what looked like dust and feces on the pillows. 0/10 outside of the staff.
The room smelled like smoke. the room did not look like the pictures one word getto.

There was a lot of prostitution going on, however the staff was wonderful and the room was pretty clean for what it was. But again, a lot of prostitution. Don't take your kids here.
Didn’t even stay here. When we got there he said he had only one room and had to show us before he checked us in. The room he showed us smelled of Marlboro reds, stains on the carpet, stained bed sheets, holes and scratches in the wall,l. We decided we would rather stay home for the holiday.
The property is very dirty. Looks like their running a homeless shelter.
