Sara the Staff was awesome the rooms there were trash nasty dirty an had mold & roaches they stink so bad there shower water doesn’t come out well at all the restroom fans don’t work this place needs to be demolished seriously it’s so dirty I’d be embarrassed renting this place out how sad WHAT A WAIST I WAS MOVED 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS AND NOT ONE WAS EVEN A LIL DECENT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN …THE OWNER NEEDS TO FIRE ALL THEIR HOUSKEEPERS AND FIND SOME THAT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN

The room is to old and once’s you open the door smell like a dead rat. A lot of guys are just walking around and doing some coke. I don’t feel safe at all and that’s when we decide to just get another hotel in the next day

It was inexpensive, but the rifraf was pretty bad. Dirty parking lot, a woman ( probably prostitute) knocked on my door, the door was knocked on again the next night. Toilet ran continually. Staff was friendly enough. Otherwise an ok stay.

The front desk is not accessible. A 9 year old child using a sliding window will help check you in if you're able to find the window. The entire place is absolutely filthy, however the bedding, toilet, sink and tub were clean. . The stair trail is not conneceted

The counter is detached from the wall so one door doesn't open. The electric al outlet for the microwave is about 6" away from the wall. Definitely not up to code

Staff is always friendly and helpful even though it’s a rougher type neighborhood. Rooms are always clean. Definitely worth the visit. Sarah at the front desk is amazing always willing to help super friendly.

Office staff was nice and helpful. Room clean but poor condition. Elevator not working. Stairwells disgusting like a nasty subway entrance in New York City. First room toilet broken, second room only cold water in the sink. Damaged phone. Uneven floor. Criminal activity. Expedia should not list this hotel/motel.

It’s not a 5 star by no means but the front desk staff more than make up for it. They are extremely helpful and go the extra mile.

AC blew warm air even when on lowest setting. It’s says non smoking property but everyone is smoking outside. Don’t feel to safe if you’re a women traveling alone. All in all the staff is amazing

There were active deals going on in the hallways there are children running around no supervision and the adults are smoking things that do not smell like cigarettes. No soap in the bathroom there was mold in the cupboards the floors were very dirty. I left after 1st night. I took photos as documentation. Would NEVER recommend this property. The one staff member at the desk was very nice though.

This mom didn't read enough reviews before booking. Do not bring your family to this place. Roaches. No handles on bathroom faucet. Shower leaks all night. Ripped furniture. TV does not work. Blood on the sherts. People above us partying all night. Police banging on doors. The listing photo does not at all reflect this slum. The staff were friendly.

The customer service agent was great.. she was friendly and helpful. The first room we were assigned to was not cleaned.. had unmade beds and a flickering light. The 2nd room had made beds with blood stains on the linen on bed one.. the floor was not sore or mopped footmarks everywhere into the bathroom.. the sink, toilet and shower were dirty. Very dirty walls and curtains, paint chipping and covered holes everywhere. There was someone sleeping in the stairwell on the 3rd floor, loud music playing below us. Beds are super uncomfortable with deep dips in the middle. Tv remove had no batteries and there were no towels, soap or toilet paper..i had to go get all these items. Didn't request a new room or a refund as i doesn't expect any other room would be any better giving our experience so far and also we are very weary from traveling through rainstorms and snow. We were re-routed into this area about 3.5 hours away from our original destination and were looking for a hotel near the interstate that would be affordable. This one has a rating of 4.7 and i have no idea how it got that rating.. the property is in very poor condition.
