The people who work here are what shines here. They are so kind and helpful. I called down because i wanted an extra chair for my grandson and they were up in minutes! I couldn’t figure out the bath and they sent someone up immediately to help! I stay in hotels at least 30 times a year and I can tell they take pride in what they do. The room was spotless. The location was perfect! The bed was cozy! This is a great place to stay!

Customer service is not the best. Also had fire alarms going off multiple times around 5am. Their "breakfast" is a LIMITED spread: muffins, cereal, coffee and orange juice. Definitely better than nothing, but super bare bones and minimal effort. The rooms themselves weren't bad, although I was assigned to a second room when the room key to my first room wouldn't work to open the door. Location is right off the I-10 so it's got quick access to freeways. There's a smoke shop and dispensary on the same block as well if you partake as well as a 24hr waffle house right next door!

No ice machine and when asked at reception area employee said it was limited to one ice bucket. When I asked about breakfast... Employee said, between his teeth, in a way that I wasn't going to hear but I did. Breakfast is from 6-9 and it's first come first serve. So, it's not 6-9 it's as soon as they ran out of breakfast. OMG. The pool it's not open 24/7 or not even til midnight. Pool is open til 5pm. Room dirty, doors, drawers, Ottoman , lamps, bathroom, shower and walls all in bad conditions. Beds also in bad conditions. I will NEVER stay here again. Very bad. I'm surprise it's in the list to compare with other hotel prices. Not a happy customer

My room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. In my opinion, the accommodations are fine if you are not traveling with children. It is behind a cabaret lounge business which gets busy at night and you have to drive through their parking lot to access the hotel entrance. Staff is limited and there is not continental breakfast, but packaged breakfast snacks for on-the-go situations are provided. There is a Waffle House diner that shares the same lot if you did want a hot meal for breakfast. Overall, based on the price and due to my stay being brief, business-related, and because I was not traveling with my family , it met my needs.

Bed sheets appeared clean, had a cigarette burn through sheets. Bathroom was filthy, tub and shower curtain had not been cleaned in multiple stays. I wore my sandals in the shower. 2 hand towels, no bath towels. The hotel is behind a strip club, do with that information what you will. Entrance to room is from outside like a motel. The staff at the front desk was nice and check in went smoothly. Other than that, i wouldnt stay here again.

We hit this property at a bad time. Due to supply chain issues, there was no breakfast or other dining. The Fitness Center, the Business Center, and the Laundry were all closed. The men's bathroom off the lobby was also out of order. The lobby staff were very good, and we checked in and out quickly.

Well short of expectations

Beds were comfortable, fridge and microwave worked well were the few bright spots. Pool looked inviting but we didn’t use. Negatives: a/c didn’t cool the room, furniture looked like it was falling apart, beds and desk would slide across the room from the slightest touch. Ice machine was locked and had to ask the front desk clerk for ice (premade buckets they had in the office). Gym wasn’t accessible (half covered in drop cloths)

Medium Ghetto.

Jan 2024 Medium Ghetto. Hotel shares a parking lot with a strip club and Waffle House. Very basic rooms, tv was really dim. Jacuzzi was locked up (big reason I booked this place) fitness room shut down. But staff were nice and helpful. Ok place if you just need a place to sleep in a convenient location. Right off a freeway. Mall across the street.

Not for me.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot and noticed the “Tiffany’s Caberet” billboard, we all knew we were staying in a lovers hotel. Not that there’s anything abnormal about that; but noticing the questionable accommodation, I have to speak up. When we walked into the room, we noticed a large amount of “powder” throughout the counter below the TV. There were dirty handprints throughout the bathroom, mirrors and shower. My daughter and cousin decided to forego a shower due not only because there was an odor, but also the water pressure was minuscule. I would suggest ensuring the rooms are acceptable for your family to spend the night despite the nefarious surroundings of a strip club.
