The restroom sinks did not drain properly and it grossed me out. The pool staff, bar tender, and maintenance man were really friendly and gave excellent customer service. The front desk, not as much. My mother traveled with us and was never able to speak with a manager across all 3 days. "

"The bar top could be cleaner. The corners of the showers could be cleaner. There were several strans of hair in the shower. The toilete paper should have been replaced. It was half used. "
