"Room a bit outdated - great pools but not enough shade areas. Good food at the pool and good service poolside and at the bar. Lots of walking to get around but they have shuttles "

"Rooms we stayed in were updated and great but overall the resort is old and a little worn. Construction is going on and there is only 1 kitchen open/restaurant thats servicing the entire resort. We waited over an hour and a half for our breakfast on the last day which was unfortunate. Staff were great. We felt bad for them for having to deal with a poor management situation."

"Rooms were very comfy and spacious, with lots of surface space for personal items. We would stay again"

"The only issue I had was the gal working at the bar. More worried about her husband who had come in to eat and her two kids at their table and more worried about getting food to go for herself than taking care of customes whom were there trying to get drinks and food. Kept trying to close early, blowing off customers ans she kept going and fiddling with her to go order, etc. clearly didn’t want to be there. Was 9:30 and telling customers grill closed etc. other gal behind bar would correct her in front of customers. "

"The McCormick building has a great location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We used many outdoor areas for morning coffee, the pool and drinks outside in the evenings. The building is older and the rooms dated if that is important to you but all was clean and near by old town scottsdale and restaurants. We had coffee and a dinner on site and were very happy. Beautiful views of the pond and golf course behind. "
