Great communication from the host throughout the entire trip - if something was needed, they responded promptly! Property was gorgeous well maintained, clean, the guides they provide were incredible helpful. A perfect stay! Will definitely be here again next time I’m in Phoenix!

Clean rooms, nice amenities and overall experience was good. No complaints. For improvement i can say, dry mat outside both showers and in kichen also. Have some face tissues box in bathrooms as well if possible. But i don't any regrets. Indeed it is nice place to stay.

A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment complex with secure parking. The secure parking can only be accessed after you enter the building and get the keys (there is a fob for the gate), and this must be done through the parking garage's first-floor entrance. The directions for the entrance to the first-floor apartments were confusing and wrong. It made for a long first night of confusion. However, it was amazing after that. I hope they get their system straightened out. :-)

The management of the apartment and the rest of the property were separate. Dealing with the apartment management was very frustrating. It was very complicated and hard to reserve and then check in. The apartment was not very clean- but house keeping eventually came (she was sweet). We also had a broken garbage disposal that backed up the water in the sink. It took a week for them to send someone to repair. You just had to get on the verge of nasty with them (which I hate doing). On the other hand, the rest of the property was amazing (the lobby, pool, gym, library). We so enjoyed that- it was top notch. I would have given it a five star if it was just based on the rest of the property and their management/cleaning/maintenance.

Sheets were not washed!

The place was new and updated with basic amenities. However, the sheets were not clean and there was a sock in the bed from a previous guest. All sheets should be cleaned after each guest!!! Also, washing the windows would be great so guests don’t have to look at the bird mess on the windows.

Nice Apartment, Third Party Complications

Overall the property is excellent, but due to the apartment’s corner third floor location, it is a long walk from the parking garage. Also, a third party manages this apartment in conjunction with Hotels.com so it very much complicates the communication process and was an annoyance when it came to my being notified by its property manager that I hadn’t paid in full when in actuality Hotels.com had already given me a receipt. For this reason I would not recommend this property. Also, the check in process is more dependent upon my work and effort rather than theirs as it is all handled “remotely”.
