Wonderful clean room/bathroom, stocked with all necessities for our stay. Parking was right infront, accessible and easy. Quick 5-10 minute drive or walk to local food & shops.

This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.

The property is as described, clean and great. I really enjoyed my stay. I like that the unit allows so much natural light in, and if you don’t want the natural light, there are different levels of shades by the windows. Great place to be.

Our host Vince, had great communication. The space was clean, quiet and a great spot for a long weekend get away. The location is close to many different restaurants, shopping and Camelback Mountain. Definitely recommend!

Comfort and Zen

The concept is quite interesting and the unit was safe, very well appointed, clean and inviting. The grounds were very serene and the aesthetic very zen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vince’s place and so did our sweet Frenchie. We will definitely stay again!

We were comfortable and it is conveniently located near our daughter and the price was good. We liked the design and courtyard. Only drawback was that the coffee pods for the coffee maker were flavors like S'Mores which did not appeal to us.

Perfect Stay

Awesome! Seamless virtual check-in. The proprietor, Vince, was quick with easy instructions for parking, entry, amenities etc. Room was quiet, secluded, and super clean. Street parking steps from the room and safe. Restaurants and store nearby. Looking forward to my next business trip to the Phoenix area with a a great place to stay!

The pre-checkin process was a bit complicated, but the unit and property were very clean and well maintained. It was easy to access, felt safe and was perfectly stocked with everything you could need! Even had an in-unit washer/dryer!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptionally Excellent!

The property was very chic & super clean, centrally located in Phoenix in a quiet neighborhood. The host Vince was amazing at communication & providing what is needed. Easy street parking in front of complex, up-kept landscaping, a very comfortable bed, relaxing shower, mini fridge gets very cold, washer dryer combo is an amazingly wise addition. Felt like a home away from home instead of just a room! My new spot to stay at when I visit Phoenix!

I love that it's only 2 minutes from the 51 highway and 5 minutes from major grocery stores and restaurants. Property is managed very well and the sights of the complex inside and out are stunning. Looking forward to staying there again SOON. For it to be a pet friendly place, it had no sent of previous pets. Matter of fact, it doesn't look like pets belong that's how prestige it is. Love it! Home away from home. I guess that's the way We like to "Staycation".

Clean Property-Good Communication

This is my first time booking a property like this in PHX. Overall, I would describe it as excellent value. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. It was much cleaner and well-maintained than almost any hotel I stayed in, at any price point, that wasn’t brand new. The communication was excellent, and the instructions were clear. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. You shouldn’t hesitate to give it a try-you won't be disappointed.

The property management company requires extra links and payments off the app, something Expedia specifically told me was fraud which made it difficult to arrange check in. The property itself is in a nice location and is as pictured. Beware: the walls are paper thin and we could hear every word of the couple breaking up next door for the whole 48 hours of their stay. In the unit itself the bathroom fan and drain didn’t function properly and we were left in standing water and fog for every shower. We didn’t feel it was important enough to bother the property manager during the stay itself. Overall it was a nice place, but there are some issues that should be considered before booking.
