Fine hotel, good location

A centrally located hotel, close to everything that's going on in Phnom Penh. My room was clean and housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast is cooked to order daily. No issues whatsoever with the wifi. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again.

Fairly average hotel. Breakfast is about a 5 on 0-10 scale. Rooms are spacious. Bed is good. Bathroom average. $3 tuk tuk ride to most everything. Price is ok.

Good hotel

Nice hotel friendly staff, large room, breakfast not fancy but enough. Good location. A bit of banging from constructions around but that's Cambodia at the moment.

Nice stay at Pandan.

We stayed at Pandan for five nights, a nice modern hotel with clean spacious rooms located in an area with many little bars, shops, and restaurants and quite close to the independence monument. A good filling breakfast was included, Good value, highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, quite and safe Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good and it's easy to move around the city spite of the traffic congestion in Phnom Penh.

This was a great hotel! Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was so good. The location is great- half way between royal palace and genocide muesem. My flights were cancelled and delayed and they were so very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Pandan staff so much! Great experience. Hope to stay again.

Good hotel but not the city for us

A very pleasant hotel with a spacious, clean and comfortable room and super-helpful staff. We only stayed for two nights/one day so didn’t get to know Phnom Penh that well, but the hotel is in a better part of town, close to the central park and decent restaurants. Phnom Penh is a must for a visit to the Killing Fields and S21 but our view of the the city was tarnished by the amount of garbage (ever present plastics especially) in very many areas.

Nice boutique hotel

This is good value for the price. PROS= close to restaurants and shops in BKK. Also, the staff are helpful. CONS=Noisy construction nearby. Also, I had conference call during my stay but found that the hotel cannot transfer calls to your room as their phone system is internal. They have 2 cell phones to receive external calls— so not great for work. Overall, I would recommend the hotel as it is clean and rooms are spacious!

As some others have mentioned, don’t expect the staff to help with local suggestions and/or directions. We tried a few times wth no success. Location is good- walking distance to many good restaurants, and down a quiet street off a large busy road.
