Nothing wrong with the hotel per se. Looked for a hotel close to the airport as we would only spend the night (arrive late in the evening and leave early in the morning). Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was helpful.

Beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Restaurant at the hotel wasn't open. There are several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Very close to the Phnom Penh Airport. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport. Convenient location for travellers.

Very beautiful hotel. Limited dining to Chinese food all around this area. Refrigerator was broke so couldn’t utilize it.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The only thing that we had issues with were the strong scents of cigarette through the halls of each floor despite the no smoking signs. Could be other guests smoking in the rooms and it flowing through the halls but the smell was evident. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The room that I booked have a huge open space with a reasonable price & very clean, staff are all friendly & helpful. The hotel also provide free shuttle bus to pick & drop from the airport.

All the letters are written in Chinese and reception staffs are not good at English, so it is difficult to communicate. The towels are rough and worn out, bed sheets and table cloths have lots of stains but washed cleanly.

One of the few places that don't take cards so when I was asked for an additional deposit she just made a face and then it was fine. Turns out I was the only one in the hotel, so the shuttle service to the airport wasn't running. I'd said 7.30 so he'd gone home as I was early, but it's supposed to run 6 -12. Safe, bar fridge, tea coffee, a/c, hot water if you wait, clean apart from the slight pong.

I found them to be extremely accommodating. I had accidentally booked my stay for the wrong date and didn't bother getting the insurance through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they were able to get my date changed anyway. The hotel definitely didn't have to do it. There were only a couple of off setting things really, but they don't take away from the hotel but a smidge. The water pressure in the shoer was weak but you could easily get clean. There was minimal hot water so the shower felt cool instead of warm. I booked the room with the breakfast included but I didn't get a chance to sample that.

My room was clean, furnished well enough for a budget property, and the breakfast had both hot and cold items. It was close to the airport; I was there only one night (for airport transfer) so I can't judge the neighborhood. The bed was firm with little padding over the springs, but it was OK. Water in the shower never got hot even after running it for a while. Inside the building was noisy, starting about 5 am; I'm not sure if that was the fault of rude guests or a problem of building acoustics. Be aware that a tuktuk company seems to have a monopoly at the airport and charged $9 for what should have been a short ride, and took me out of the way to buy a sim card I didn't want; my return trip cost only $1.50 in a tuktuk the hotel arranged.
