"Excellent staff and outstanding customer service
We had a wonderful 4-night stay, all in an upgraded suite on the 12th floor. We initially had an issue with our room, but Manager Betchie responded immediately, apologised and arranged an upgrade within minutes. She also organised the luggage transfer, with the very polite and helpful Karl assisting us. Excellent customer service and a great example of how a problem should be handled.
Our suite was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a lovely view. A special mention to our room attendant Donica, who was exceptionally caring and polite, always smiling, and whose attention to detail was exemplary. She kept our room beautifully clean and organised every day.
The reception, breakfast, dining and room service teams were all well presented, professional, polite and always ready to help. The night-shift security staff member, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was also very helpful whenever we needed directions.
On departure, the concierge went above and beyond when heavy rain and rush-hour traffic meant Grab rides were showing very long delays. He arranged a taxi to the airport and stayed to make sure we got into it safely. Unfortunately, I also forgot his name, but his kindness was greatly appreciated.
The location is excellent — only about a 2-minute walk to Ayala Mall.
Overall, the exceptional staff and customer service more than compensate for the dated amenities. Great location, wonderful people and genuinely caring staff"
