Great location for getting around. Right near a popular night club and lots of people up all night. They provided a sound machine which was nice. Our room had no A/C or any circulation. We contacted the building and they were not able to help at all. They were supposed to contact us about getting a fan and it never happened. We went through Expedia and also made a complaint. The shower barely worked as well and some of the light sockets didn’t work.

There's a parking lot across the street from the main entrance, very convenient. The area is walkable with many food options, shops & tourist areas to stroll around. Customer service,over the phone, gave us a room after the 2 bed room I paid for wasn't available. No staff was observed on premises.

There was a problem with the AC on the property and they moved me to another location! I appreciated how helpful they were in helping me to organize this, and the new apartment I stayed in was excellent
