"I found this properly to be beautifully secluded from the business of the mainland, with great attention to detail for the little things. "Prior to coming to Thailand, I have never heard of the SALA resorts. So for first impression, this was probably my favorite hotel of all time. The staff was beyond helpful, friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure that we felt special. The scenery at every meal was breathtaking as your right by the beach. The food was excellent every time. The hotel room with our own pool, we got an upgrade and to say that it was stunning is an understatement . They were helpful when it came to excursions, and also helpful when it came to rides or anything else that we needed. If I could stay at a Sala property everywhere I go I would. I would definitely recommend this hotel this staff to anybody staying in Phuket or anywhere else in Thailand. A final point is that all other hotels should measure how good their service and amenities are based on how SALA does it. The kindest staff anywhere."
