Excelente opção na serra

Check in rápido e facil, quarto grande e camas confortáveis. Cobertores e travesseiros extras, já disponíveis no quarto A única observação, foi a mudança no restaurante, pois em estadia anterior ainda contava com serviço a la carte. O serviço de buffet livre, deveria ser uma opção e nao a unica.

Foi uma viagem de turismo em casal para desfrutar do distrito de Itaipava-RJ. Escolhemos o Hotel achando que pelo preço da diária e a sua avaliação junto ao site da Expedia 9.0. Infelizmente o hotel não corresponde a essa avaliação pois tem as seguintes deficiências: 1- Hotel velho e precisando de manutenção e atualização. 2- Péssimo banheiro com deficiência no fornecimento de água quente, um sistema de aquecimento de água inoperante. 3- Quartos velhos e com uma decoração dos anos de 1950. 4- Funcionários jovens e sem experiência no atendimento tanto no restaurante como no café da manhã. 5- O hotel não dispõe de um acesso direto para quem vem do centro de Itaipava e acaba obrigando o hóspede a ter que sair na BR-040 fazer um retorno na saída 65 (Araras) para ter acesso a o hotel, muito complicadao.

O hotel é bom, com bastante espaço para as crianças brincarem. Boa infraestrutura e atendimento. O ponto negativo fica com o restaurante. As 12:30 não estava preparado para o almoço e tivemos que almoçar na área externa, pois o salão estava em limpeza. Solicitei um prato infantil, com iscas de frango, para minha filha (5 anos). Quando chegou estava gelado, o que denota comida pronta/congelada, onde não se deram ao trabalho de ao menos aquecer. Minha esposa pediu uma truta, com batas rusticas. O prato era simplesmente sem gosto algum. Nem sabor de sal tinha. No check-out havia cobrança de refeição que não foi consumida, o que foi estornado, contudo, se não me atento pago por aquilo que não consumi. Para o padrão do hotel, o restaurante está muito aquém.
