AC was phenomenal and necessary due to heavy humidity. Very nice smart tv which worked very well when the internet worked (missed 24 hours out of 4 day stay. Excellent parking option on site. Adjacent to nice mall. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Place was clean. Food at the restaurant was good. Staff helpfull: 1. Had a lady at the front desk that really did a good job speaking English. 2. Very good staff at restaurant. 3. We had a problem with our AC during the night. They send an technician asap. Resolved the problem in 15 minutes. We had hotels in the past where there was no technician during graveyard shift, so we really appreciated this. Very good roomservice also. Would recommend.

the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend.

Adorei o hotel. Fica numa área bem central e muito movimentada da cidade. Tem um shopping ao lado e fica a uma caminhada da rua teresa. Várias lojas excelentes. Café da manhã completo, na sobreloja. A única sugestão é ficar em um quarto que não seja virado pra rua. O movimento é intenso e tem muito barulho, mesmo no 9 andar.

Nosso quarto era excelente para nossa família. Era uma sala-quarto e um quarto, ideal para uma família de 4 pessoas. Muito amplo, com ar condicionado para manter o quarto aquecido (estava muito frio), banheiro excelente e uma mini cozinha super bem equipada. O café da manhã era excelente. A localização do hotel é perfeita principalmente para fazer atividades a pé. O estacionamento com manobrista (cobrado a parte). Piscina aquecida que foi ótimo para as crianças. Caso retorne a Petrópolis certamente voltaria a esse mesmo hotel.
