Falta de jogo de cintura

Ficamos no 3 andar e o hotel não tinha elevador, na chegada faltou jogo de cintura, tive que pagar R$10,00 de estacionamento por 1 hora, sendo que a estadia estava incluso estacionamento

O quarto é pequeno para três pessoas, limpeza ok, recepção é a mesma pessoa que fica no estacionamento rotativo, toalhas de banho são limpas porém em tamanho pequeno, chuveiro com água quente, cama com colchão duro e café da manhã básico do básico.

A estadia no hotel não compensa nem de longe o valor altíssimo pago pela diária. O conforto é bem mediano, o quarto relativamente pequeno para 3 pessoas e ainda por cima tinha um vazamento no banheiro que inundou o chão, portanto nem conseguimos tomar banho antes de dormir. Pedimos para trocar de quarto mas eles falaram que não era possível porque estavam lotados, somente de manhã nos ofereceram um quarto de 1 pessoa para tomar um banho rápido antes de sair. Em geral, se estiver um valor bem baixo de diária vale a pena, senão melhor ir para outro lugar com maior custo-benefício. Ainda que não fosse o vazamento, não valeria.

Gostei do Hotel Orleans

Gostei de ficar hospedada nesse hotel, porque ele é localizado no centro de Petrópolis. Fica num local de fácil acesso, perto do Centro Histórico, restaurantes, comércio, bancos, táxi,etc... O hotel é simples, com quarto confortável, limpo e bom café da manhã. Com certeza, retornarei.

Barulho, entrada escondida, mas próximo ao turismo

O hotel fica na frente de uma antiga rodoviária, que atualmente é um enorme terminal de ônibus municipal, então faz bastante barulho desde bem cedo. Não tem como não acordar! Estávamos na Bauernfest, então voltávamos tarde e queríamos dormir até mais tarde, mas não tinha jeito... Além disso, a entrada do hotel é bem escondida, porque fica dentro de uma garagem. Fora isso foi tudo certinho. Não tem grandes defeitos, e talvez a grande qualidade seja a proximidade... dá para fazer muita à pé.
