Not enough staff on premises. Tried calling 8 times, at different numbers, no one answered. Later found out that the person that checks you in is the same that cooks and serves meals. Horrible.

Um Charme de Hotel

A estadia no Hotel Boutique, um casarão antigo, mas muito charmoso, foi muito agradável. O quarto é espaçoso, com cama grande e confortável. O Hotel é bem conservado, tudo estava muito limpo, e também é muito bem localizado. O café da manhã foi excelente e com várias opções. Um destaque para o atendimento dos funcionários, os quais foram bastante atenciosos durante a nossa estadia. Recomendo!

Enjoyable stay

This place is more like a bed & breakfast than a hotel. Nice, cozy atmosphere. They serve an excellent breakfast. Rooms are very nice. They have a nice rooftop lounge area that has nice views. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Essa pousada é maravilhosa, muito bem decotada, cheia de natureza e preserva muito bem a estrutura antiga da capela, fundado em 1988. Os quartos ficam em um anexo nos fundos do terreno, um pequeno prédio de 4 pavimentos com um rooftop lindo. Cama maravilhosa, quarto espaçoso e banheiro muito bom. Os atendentes são super simpáticos mas o ponto mais alto desse lugar é o café da manhã, que é de uma qualidade 5 estrelas. A mesma qualidade se vê na comida servida no Bistrô. A localização é ótima também, na frente do palácio de cristal e do lado da cervejaria Bohemia.

instalações ok, funcionários atenciosos, Localização boa, porém chegamos no hotel e percebemos que a administração privilegia custos, mantendo poucos funcionários trabalhando no regime faz tudo e fazendo tudo mal feito apesar da boa vontade. chegamos no final do dia. o recepcionista recebia recebia os hóspedes, manobrava carros, preparava as nesas do jantar, tentou ajudar a carregar as malas e muitas outras atividades. Cafe da manha no primeiro dia me deixaram esperando quase meia hora com uma xícara de café e um suco e na9 me serviram mais nada, cansei e esperar. carreguei minhas malas por escadarias ba chegada e na saida. Conceito de hotel boutique passpu longe. Tv velha com imagem horrorosa. Prexo incomparável com o anunciado. Nao vale metade do que cobram..

Casa antiga toda muito bem reformada, excelente café da manhã, cama e enxoval da melhor qualidade, trabalha pouca gente por isso a demora no atendimento do manobrista. Embora não usei o restaurante mas o cardápio atraente, vi pessoas indo só para jantar.
