"There should be one set of instructions rather than conflicting accounts received at different times. We were told in a first email not to throw out the rubbish unless there was a full bag, but a second said we should throw out the rubbish at the end of our stay. We didn’t receive the second message until we had returned home. We were also concerned with how our blankets and sheets were handled after discovering blankets merely scrunched up and thrown into the closet. We also found the property in need of maintenance and minor upgrades such as regrouting moldy areas in the shower trays, adjustment of both shower tray doors so that they would close, replacement of thoroughly stained sofas, replacement or installation of proper drain covers in the shower trays, etc. We also found safety issues such as loose hand railing for the steps descending to the rented property and significant over-growing of plants onto the steps. "

"Few drawbacks 1) Laundry room was converted to kitchen - very small - not a full kitchen - small electric stove. 2) entry to the unit is through the side ways (thin space to walk with a bag - forget suitcase) . Hope this is NOT compliance with local council. not sure how stayz approved without inspection. Definitely worth half the price. Rooms are fine."

"Everything was as advertised. Judith & Chris have set the place up to feel homely. It is quiet and we had a welcome rest there. Thanks for the freshly homemade bread, butter, jam, milk and eggs. What an extra special treat. "

"Fantastic location, lovely spacious apartment, good air conditioning. Very happy with it.The only problem was that I found the keysafe very hard to open. I couldn’t open it, but luckily my sister was with me and was able to.When I checked out, I also had trouble and gave up and was about to ring the contact number, but tried again - and it worked first time. I have no idea what I did differently."

"Amazing venue not far from Hobart. Stayed 2 nights and as it was not very busy upgraded our room. Fireplace to have a drink beside and breakfast was good. Definitely worth a visit "
