"If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here.
