I think they should treat the stuff to smile a bit more. I have visit other Apex Hotels and my experience it wasn’t like this. "

"Lovely stay. Great views over Loch Faskally. We even saw a red squirrel. Lochview garden room was amazing. Tea, coffee, snacks and a fridge in the room. Sofa and chairs to relax in. Balcony overlooking the loch. Staff all helpful and professional. Door man ace! Spa peaceful and tranquil. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Would recommend the experience."
