We stayed at Quest on Rheola as a couple, initially booking a two bedroom apartment due to my wife being booked for a procedure which was cancelled Despite this we took advantage of the stay and enjoyed ourselves in the city for a couple of days We were both impressed with the quality of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms and the whole property We book stays in the cbd reasonably regularly and it's been a long time since I have seen someone cleaning down the lift as well as I did at the Quest on Rheola Bathrooms are spotless and there are a variety of TV channels Staff including reception and housekeeping are all friendly and helpful Parking is available at a reasonable rate and is secure which is great This will be our go to hotel in the future no doubt

Spacious apartment

The apartment is spacious. As our travel party has four people, it is really great as far as the space is concerned. The beds and furnitures were comfortable and modern. There were two bathrooms which is amazing. Really loved the convenience. The large balcony, washing machine and dryer are all great. The bedrooms did not have aircon - only ceiling fans which can get a little hot. The front building door is difficult to work with when you trying to keep it open and wheeling Luggages through. The location of the hotel is not great. What the description of the hotel does not tell you is that it is near a major hospital in Perth and there was constant ambulance noise day and night. Also it is in the middle of nowhere, the nearest coffee shop is 7-10min walk. No convenience store. Have to drive to everywhere. Also what was not disclosed was that there was no cleaning during Sundays and holidays. We stayed 3 nights and the room did not get cleaned once even though one of the day was not a holiday. When we asked about this we were told the management will get back to us - well we are still waiting a week later…..

The min u walked in to checkin and till u leave, nothing to complain. Check in was super easy and fast. Room was clean and exactly what described. We hv kitchenette facilities so we used them. super convenient for us to have quick breakfast before we explore Perth and a relaxing home cooked (room cooked) dinner after a long driving trip. Only comment - i noticed our room carpetwas not vacuumed from the time we checked in till we leave. the small pc of paper that was on the floor (by the fridge in clear sight) was still there when we left. I wonder if they only vacuum after guests leave. hmmm🤔

Room smelt like mildew on arrival. Cleaners added air freshener plug in, only solution available. Both toilets leaked slowly so would top up every 10 mintiea making huge noise all night. Room very old and not clean. Very poor Quest property.

受付や部屋、周囲の環境等は全く問題なく快適に過ごせました。唯一問題があったのは帰国に向けて退室した後のEVに閉じ込められたことです。19時を過ぎていたので受付はおらず、緊急連絡も音声が割れてなんとか聞き取れるかどうかという状態。最後は事なきを得ましたし、設備故障なので致し方ないかと思いますが、この点で少し★を減らしました。また利用してもいい施設だとは思います。
