AVALON BAY BEACH HOUSE

Avalon Bay Holiday house is a brick and tile, family home within metres of beautiful Avalon beach and Port Bouvard precinct.

Tastefully decorated with brand new furniture it caters for up to 8 people. Comprising 4 spacious bedrooms; B1 - King Bed, B2 - King Bed, B3 - Queen Bed, B4 - 2 X Single Beds. Two bathrooms each with own bath and double shower.

ALL LINEN PROVIDED IN COST. Just bring your toothbrush.

Fully equipped Kitchen with Brand new European Stainless Steel Gas Hotplate and Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge and Coffee Machine.

Dining with seating for 8.
Fireplace (Electric).
Family with 80cm LED LCD TV, DVD, reverse cycle aircon and gas heating . Stereo with CD player and new leather sofas.

Second 80cm LED LCD TV, video, DVD in B4/Kid's Wing .

Activity room with leather sofas.

Alfresco Area with Outdoor Seating for 10 and BBQ. Double Lock up Garage. Backyard is fully fenced with lockable side gates. Very quiet and serene location.

LOCATION - Avalon Parade, Port Bouvard, Wannanup, Mandurah.

Port Bouvard is approximately 80km south of Perth ; 8 km south of Mandurah. Beautiful pristine and safe beaches. Fantastic beach fishing anywhere along the beach or jetty fishing at the Dawesville cut. Golfing at the world renowned The Cut Golf Course. Explore the reef at low tide. Lovely Boating and all that Mandurah offers. A perfect place to get away from the crowds.

The house is very close to the Port Bouvard precinct. Port Bouvard Supa Deli for all essentials is a very short stroll. Miami shops incorporating Woolworths, Coles, Miami Bakehouse(Australia's Most Awarded Bakery) , various takeaway outlets and IGA are all within 3 mins by car.

Beautiful Avalon Beach is a 2 min walk including BBQs. toilets and picnic area.

Pets indoors by arrangement. Pets allowed outside during the day and in the laundry or garage in the evening(By arrangement only). No smoking indoors.



Payment in full must be made 14 days before arrival.


LEAVERS OR UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE:
We do allow groups aged under 21 (including leavers) to stay at Avalon Bay Beach House however there are additional conditions including:

* An adult to take responsibility for the group and any damage etc (the adult does not have to stay at the house)
*A full list of all persons staying at the house to be provided with names and addresses
*The security bond is increased to $1000
*No late night parties that will disturb neighbours ( this will result in loss of bond and immediate termination of contract to let house.)
(* We have had leavers for years now and have had some wonderful groups who just want to get away and have a relaxing holiday with friends.)

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this beautiful home. Although it was just me and my two companions, a bonded German Shepherd pair. Totally suitable for them. And the location? Absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs.I was in desperate need of temporary accomodation after selling my home and looking for a rental in that area.Sylvana's house is just on point for that. Cannot thank her enough for making it pet friendly.

Great house. It's the 2nd year we have rented this house. It has everything to accommodate 2 families. Its close to parks, the beach and the shops are just down the road. We love it. :) thank once again.

Spacious house near the beach

Great location - walking distance to swimming beach. House has extra large bedrooms and a very well stocked kitchen in regards to plates, cups, assorted glasses, utensils, rice cooker, pots and pans. Everything fresh and clean. Outdoors areas not such a highlight, all concrete with very small covered alfresco with bbq. Didn’t detract from house or stay for us as we spent our evenings outdoors with family in another house nearby. Great communication with Sylvana throughout booking. Highly recommend.

This house was absolutely fantastic. The house was a great size just like the rooms and the beds were comfy. Everything was really clean and the facilities were great. As well as the usual washing machine, microwave etc. there was also a ping pong table, foozeball table, bbq, bikes, dvd player and full fishing gear which made it even more enjoyable. Plus the house is a 2 minute walk from the beach and a deli so its a great location. I would definately recommend staying here.

Despite the rainy days and fierce wind that are a consequence of holidaying in Winter, our stay at Avalon Bay Beach House was very enjoyable. The facilities were excellant and the house roomy. The two TV's, heaters, two deep baths and dishwasher were particularly appreciated by all. You would need a car as the shops are probably too far to walk to, but the rest of the time it's just fantastic to relax in such a well equipped and spacious house. Overall, I would recommend this place for groups of families or just a bunch of friends wanting a relaxing holiday!

Enjoyable

I found this property large, clean and very comfortable. It is located in a nice quiet area with only a short walk to the beach and coffee shop/van. The owner has fitted out the house to suit families with children and also has a number of large bedrooms suitable for a group of friends. It is a well maintained with all the facilities required for an extended stay. If you have a dog, take note that there is no lawn in either the front or rear yards, but this is not a problem if you take your dog for regular walks; the beach has an off lead area so your dog can get some exercise. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely consider this property when I'm next in Perth.

Great stay!

The house was really well set up with more than enough cutlery, crockery , bedding and seating. Even little incidentals were thought of. The house design allows for lots of smallish areas that provide privacy for a large group. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.

Unusual floorplan, main bedroom is the biggest room in the house. Smallish, cosy loungeroom. Old kitchen cabinetry, wall paint styling & decor. Fully secure yard. Everything you need.

Perfect beach holiday

This is a welcoming comfortable home away from home. The home is zoned so that parents and kids are close together while uncle, Aunty and grandparents can sleep undisturbed. Kitchen is VERY well equipped and we ate outside so we could easily clean up. Easy walk with 2 toddlers to the local beach, coffee shop, coffee van, and various playgrounds, and only 5 minute drive to a supermarket, bottle shop or tavern. We had a marvellously relaxing holiday without needing to drive anywhere much and intend returning.

Had a spring weekend break here. Location great, a very lovely walk along the beach was enjoyed. Check in easy with Sylvana’s email instructions and communication. Beds were comfy and water hot, rooms are large with plenty of room. A couple of minor things advised to Sylvana but did not impact our weekend.
