In the heart of the resort, facing the beach of Trestraou, you will enjoy a permanent animation but without noise nuisance.
Near the apartment you will find a row of restaurants and bakery, (GMS about 5km), cinema .... The center of Perros-Guirec is only 500m from the beach of Trestraou.
There are lots of beautiful landscapes to discover and walks to do (the landing stage for the 7 islands is only a few meters from the apartment). The beach is also very pleasant with all facilities for children: Mickey club, riding school, small motorcycles, inflatable castle, surf club ... and this wonderful view!

Excellente location avec superbe emplacement face à la mer

L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour qu'on ne s'y sente pas du tout à l'étroit. La vue sur la mer et la place de Trestaou est superbe et le balcon est appréciable.L'aménagement et l'équipement sont tout à fait satisfaisants.Quelques points de détail à améliorer :- la lumière de la hotte ne fonctionne plus ;- idem pour la lumière au dessus du plan de travail ;- le grille-pain est difficile à utiliser et est un peu fatigué ;- deux verres à vin supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus ;- le sommier a tendance à grincer assez fortement.Cette liste de points à améliorer n'entache en rien le confort général mais ces détails ne sont pas forcément connus des propriétaires.
