If you can afford better, you can do better. The room smelled badly of mould and cigarette smoke. It was old and rundown. Location was good, close to the train station and the staff were very nice.

je n’ai pas pu rentrer dans le hall d’hôtel car un ivrogne était à l’intérieur et faisait du tapage , le réceptionniste assis sur le pas de porte était incapable de le faire sortir ..,. Pour parfaire le tout , l’individu imbibé est venu s’adresser à moi et le réceptionniste s’est interposé… Je suis partie !!!

Jai trouver cette hotel sur internet car déplacement de dernier moment, hotel un peut chere pour ce que cest. Les murs mal sonorisé j'entendais toute la conversation ainsi que les débat sexuel de mes voisins pas tres cool surtout quand on es avec son enfant. Parcontre acceuil super.

À FUIR!

Réservation faite pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Surprise à l'arrivé, on nous fait payer 25€/nuit supplémentaire pour l'enfant. Bien sûr ces frais ne sont mentionnés nulle part au moment de la réservation. Face à notre réclamation et aux appels d'hôtels.com, la directrice change de version. Les 25€ sont à cause de l'assurance puis pour notre bébé de 6mois, puis pour le lit supplémentaire que nous avons refusé. Nous n'avons pas osé dire que ma femme était enceinte pour ne pas payer un supplément. La directrice Stéphanie se permet des réflexions quand vous passez devant elle puis s'étonne lorsque vous lui répondez et se sent agressé. Sur les 3 hôtels que nous avons fait, c'est le seul où la présence de nos deux enfants a posé problème. Les femmes de ménage sont très gentilles et nous ont souvent demandés si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. La chaîne Balladins devrait changer la direction de cette établissement. Le parking n'est pas à côté de l'hôtel et le quartier n'est pas très secure le soir en famille. Je pense que l'hôtel fait le plein car il est proche de la gare. Bref, ne gaspillez pas votre argent dans cet hôtel. Votre famille vaut mieux que ça.

Chambre quadruple confortable bien équipée agréable personnel très souriant et courtois nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux nous n'avions pas réservé avant l'option la personne très gentille nous a accepté avec plaisir pourtant il était déjà 10h30. À recommander.

Arrived at midnight, left at 0830! Clean, comfortable bed. Small, tired bathroom. Shower holder broken so would not hold up the shower head. Bathroom very tired- missing grout and peeling paint.
