An amazing stay on snow at the Swagman Chalet. The hosts were fantastic as were all staff. Food was great!! Lots of snacks provided if you're not out on the snow. Plenty of lounge area to relax and have some fun. Other people in the chalet were great. Everyone got along well. Thanks for the stay!!

A warm welcoming lodge

Our family found the lodge welcoming, warm and accomodating. The two lounges were spacious with plenty of activities for the kids. The bar was great. Getting a lift to or from the Ski tube was no trouble.

It was a great experience except that valet option that they have given. According to that option we organized with Mike to pick us up from Jindabyne to Perisher on Saturday around 1 pm. We were late about 30 minutes due to our first trip to Jindabyne from Canberra. Then he got really angry and extremely rejected to pick us up. Since then we tried so many times to contact him as we were really helpless. After we got information about Jindabyne Visitors' Information Center by one of neighbor and the Centre supported to contact Jhon Graham.Thanks to him we arrived safely to Perisher and returned next day.He is an amazing person with a great heart.

John and Silke were ever so helpful in shuttling us from the Skitube to the chalet when we arrived and to the ski lifts the next day. The food provided was so good, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast which really energised us for a day of skiing! We really appreciated them providing us breakfast even when we woke late (the cold made us really sleepy!) There's also a lounge in the upper floor with a wide range of DVDs to enjoy - we chilled out there on the first night. Beds were comfortable with electric blankets which were a nice touch. Toilet was slightly small but with sufficient space to shower comfortably. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience!
