When we arrived late at night Pablo welcomed us in and assisted us to our room. The staff was very courteous. The hotel is elegant and clean. The breakfast and service was fabulous. Will definitely be staying there on my next trip.

What is unique about this Hotel is the staff, all of them are simply amazing. You feel so comfortable since you step in the place. The food is so delicious, the rooms are very neat and clean. This Hotel has the best people working for it. Its location is near of nice places to go for a walk, to shop, bars and restaurants.

The hotel is in a good location. Malls, restaurants within walking distance. The staff was extremely courteous and profesional. I would not stay there again because the hotel has very few amenities. No gym or pool. If I visit Pereira again I will stay at Movich which is across the street. A little more expensive but I think it would be worth it.

The management (Jimmy) is extremely helpful and courteous. Excellent communication. The building interior is very pleasant and the breakfast area is comfortable. The housekeeping staff does an outstanding job and deserves appreciation. There is a small supermarket next door and an excellent Peruvian restaurant (Cardinal) around the corner. Probably as close to the airport as you want to be. The shuttle organized by the hotel was cost effective and on time.

Right in the center of Pereira, close to our favorite shopping center. Very friendly staff, excellent porch with a view to have your breakfast. Small hotel but you feel very comfortable and at home, great breakfast! We will be back for sure!

What a great stay. Hector and other staff will ensure you leave happy and they repeatedly express that to you. I needed a cappuccino but they do not have a espresso machine but Hector went a got it from a near by coffee shop for us a few times. Hotel is clean and they do your laundry if needed.
