Nice hotel, good service but a bit noisy

A really nice hotel -- well-located, great staff and nice breakfast included. Only downside was the noise level, from the 2nd floor I could hear all the comings and goings and conversations from the 1st floor and reception!

This property is in an excellent location close to the City Center and shopping malls, in a very quiet neighborhood, great customer service, overall a good value for the money. They understand what good customer service is all about. I keep coming back to this property.

Lovely hotel close to Parque del Alamos. Quiet part of Pereira. The hotel provided a complimentary decent, simple breakfast of arepa, con queso, eggs, fruit and coffee. Located in a walkable neighborhood, across the street from a church and kitty corner from the Parque. Down the street is another cafe, Queso Con Cafe. Neighborhood is safe. Hotel is safe. The employees are friendly and helpful. They put up with me, the most Gringo of all Gringos. I appreciated their hospitality and you will too.

We spent one night here as we had a 6 am flight out of Pereira the next day. The staff was nice, allowed an early check-in, and we liked the area, which is a safe 20-minute walk to some great restaurants.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The location was very practical for my specific trip. It was unfortunate that I didn't get to stay in the room with balcony, and had to stay in a room without windows - it was OK for this occasion as I didn't spend much time at the hotel. Breakfast was very nice.

The internet in the property is really bad, I couldn’t work in my room because of that issue, also talking about my room, I had no windows at all, so I didn’t have daylight nor ventilation, for a claustrophobic people I would be a nightmare! Also I didn’t have hot water in my last day staying there.

The windows did not have locks. There were lizards in the room. The hotel is unsafe, it did not have security. The bathroom has a window that didn't close so that those in the building next door could see you. It is a hotel for no more than 25 dollars and they charged me about 74. The breakfast they offer is bad. If you pay 25 dollars I recommend it but not 74 even if it is high season.

We spent two nights at Hotel Alamos del Parque in June '23. The neighborhood felt very safe and is within walking distance to the bus terminal, which was fantastic. We were given a room off the lobby on the ground floor and the one thing that we didn't like was that there was no window to the outside. There were windows to the lobby, but we didn't open them because people could hear us speaking and vice versa and so it got a little stuffy. However, they had an air conditioner that worked really quickly and eliminated the stuffiness. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next to the lobby of the hotel and consists of fruit, eggs, arepas, and coffee. They will give you a voucher for the restaurant in the morning. The food was good. Overall, the hotel is nice, safe, clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cuando llegamos no tenían lista la habitación que reservamos y nos dieron una más pequeña y sí, un poco más incómoda. Pero lo resolvieron bien. Ese día nos quedamos ahí y al día siguiente nos cambiaron. O sea, hubo mucha disposición para resolverlo. El personal es muy amable. El hotel está muy cerca de la central de camiones, lo cual es bueno si es que piensas moverte en bus a Salento o Filandia, por ejemplo. Incluye desayuno, lo cual también es muy conveniente.
