Cute new boutique hotel. They recently added access to a local gym for the guests. Beautiful pool area. Very convenient as guests can walk to all the restaurants and nightlife downtown.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The attention to detail throughout the property, from the beautiful décor to the exceptional cleanliness, was truly impressive. The staff was fantastic, welcoming, and attentive, and the location simply can’t be beat! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great new place to stay in Pensacola. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Amenities are great with some nice touches like bathrobes and slippers that make the stay more comfortable. The location is great and easy for access to the downtown area.

Traveled in for work. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to my needs. While I was there, I enjoyed the pool, which was perfection, the luxurious towel and toiletries and the most comfortable bed ever. This hotel will be a local favorite in no time!

Hotel Margot was not my first choice. I had reservations elsewhere but had to change due to hurricane damage. Expedia was excellent in notifying me of the issue and helping me to find an alternate location on short notice. Hotel Margot reminds me of a well-kept 60's era beach motel. It is relatively well kept and clean. My check-in was delayed as the room was not ready by check-in time. The receptionist was very accommodating and apologetic. I have only 2 real complaints with the room - the shower was dark as there were no lights in the shower itself and the lights in the bathroom did a mediocre job of lighting it. My other complaint is one that seems to be becoming more common - the TV only really offered streaming services. Just trying to watch some local (or network) news was problematic and not worth the effort. Unfortunately, this is becoming all too common these days.
