"Room was not clean, ants and snails everywhere. No bat mat, no bathroom tissues. Check in was not easy, staffs are always busy on their phones. We got room in the end side and when we asked about help with luggage they said nothing they can do, check with security. Security guards are very helpful compared to reception staff. Wifi is a big joke, only works if we have luck"

"Nice hotel in a perfect location if you need to be close to the airport. Modern, clean, nice staff and convenient shuttle service to/from airport for a fee. It also had a lovely pool and outdoor area, although we didn't use it (weather was rainy). We did not use the restaurant or bar. I would definitely return there. "

"The rooms were quaintly decorated, very clean, all the amenities, modern bathroom. The food service was high quality and reasonably priced, the staff was exceptional. There's a beautiful curved marble staircase you need to climb for one floor to reach the elevators, not great for those with mobility issues but passing through the lounge on the way to the elevator gave the feel that you were walking through an 18th century palace. It was very nice. And very quiet."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They had a great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Our room was clean and had air conditioning. The street is noisy if your room is on the street side. I requested a change to the opposite side which was quiet. The room was also larger and nicer. I appreciated their willingness to allow the change. The hotel is walking distance to the Vatican."
